Salah satu sasaran dalam pengelolaan proyek adalah terpenuhinya persyaratan mutu yang telah direncanakan. Agar tercapai sasaran mutu yang telah ditetapkan maka diperlukan tindakan sepanjang siklus proyek mulai dari perencanaan, pengawasan, pemeriksaan dan pengendalian mutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu pada pelaksanaan pembangunan Apartemen Daan Mogot City (DAMOCI) di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian dibatasi hanya pada proses pekerjaan pengecoran beton. Analisis dilakukan dengan meninjau Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-syarat Teknis Pekerjaan, wawancara dan survey langsung di lapangan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembangunan struktur beton pada gedung apartemen di Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga jenis komponen pekerjaan struktur yang diamati yaitu kolom, shearwall, dan corewall. Persentase kerusakan pada permukaan hasil pengecoran beton yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan pada tower 7 secara keseluruhan adalah 56,67 %. Dan berdasarkan jenis komponen pekerjaan persentase kerusakan pada permukaan kolom sebesar 57,41 %, untuk permukaan shearwall sebesar 88,89 %, dan 22,22 % untuk komponen permukaan corewall. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kerusakan pada hasil pengecoran ini kebanyakan adalah dari bekisting yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan juga kinerja seorang QC yang tidak maksimal terhadap proses ceklis selama serangkaian kegiatan proyek dilaksanakan.

One of the goals in project management is the fulfillment of the quality requirements that have been planned. In order to achieve a predetermined quality objective, action is required throughout the project cycle from planning, monitoring, inspection and quality control. This study aims to find out how the implementation of quality management in the implementation of Daan Mogot City Apartment Development (DAMOCI) in West Jakarta. Research is limited only to concrete casting work processes. The analysis was conducted by reviewing the Work Plan and Technical Requirements of Jobs, interviews and direct survey in the field to find out the process of implementing the construction of concrete structures in apartment buildings in Jakarta. In this research, there are three types of structural components that observed are column, shearwall, and corewall. The percentage of damage to the surface of concrete casting results obtained based on observations on tower 7 as a whole is 56.67%. And based on the type of work component percentage of damage to the column of 57,41%, for shearwall of 88,89%, and 22,22% for corewall components. Factors that affect the damage to the casting results are mostly from the formwork that does not meet the requirements and also the performance of a QC is not optimal to the process checklist during a series of project activities carried out.
