Salah satu bagian dari manajemen proyek konstruksi adalah perencanaan dan pengendalian biaya dan waktu. Prestasi sebuah proyek dapat dinilai dari segi mutu, biaya dan waktu. Hal ini dapat memungkinkan suatu proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Penggunaan metode analisis nilai hasil adalah suatu langkah yang sangat bijak agar proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Analisis nilai hasil digunakan dengan tujuan agar dapat mengetahui dan memprediksi pekerjaan apakah sudah sesuai dengan rencana kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar nilai keuntungan atau kerugian berdasarkan nilai kontrak dan analisis nilai hasil, untuk mengetahui apakah proyek mengalami keterlambatan atau percepatan pekerjaan, serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara analisis nilai hasil dengan realisasi pekerjaan. Indikator-indikator yang diperlukan adalah ACWP, BCWP dan BCWS. Sedangkan data-data yang diperlukan adalah kurva S, laporan mingguan dan laporan keuangan proyek. Proyek direncanakan selama 17 minggu. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai varians jadwal sampai dengan minggu ke-9 sebesar (-33,41 %) artinya pekerjaan terlambat 33,41% dari rencana. Perkiraan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan berdasarkan ECD adalah 22 minggu. Artinya adanya penambahan waktu selama 5 minggu dengan total biaya yang lebih rendah dari biaya yang telah direncanakan.

Value analysis results used with the purpose to be able to know and predict the job is already in accordance with the work plan. The purpose of this research is to know the great value of profit or loss based on the value of the contract and the value of the analysis results, to find out whether the projects experienced delays or the acceleration of the work, as well as to find out the relationship between the analysis of the value of the result with the realization of the work. The necessary indicators is ACWP, BCWP and BCWS. While the data required is the curve S, weekly reports and financial statements project. The project is planned for 17 weeks. This research resulted in the variance value of the schedule up to the 9th week of (33.41%) -that is to say the job late 33.41% of the plan. Estimated time of completion of the work based on ECD was 22 weeks. This means that the presence of the addition of time for 5 weeks with a lower total cost of planned costs.
