Abstract

Di suatu Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap biasa disebut dengan PLTU biasanya dilakukan proses pembakaran didalam Boiler. Beberapa komponen peralatan utama pada PLTU yang berbahan bakar batu bara adalah Pulverizer dan Coal Feeder. Fungsi utama Pulverizer ialah minggiling/menghaluskan batu bara sampai menjadi bubuk batubara. Standart ukuran bubuk batu bara kisaran 200 mesh, Tujuan utama penggilingan batu bara ini untuk memperluas permukaan batu bara menjadi besar supaya dalam proses pembakaran antara udara dan batu bara menjadi sempurna. Pulverizer mempunyai tiga buah Grinding Roller dan 1 buah Grinding Ring. Dimana batubara akan dihaluskan antara permukaan Grinding Roller Dan tiga buah Roller yang terpasang tetap. Dalam Pulverizer juga akan terjadi proses pengeringan dan pemisahkan benda asing yang terbawa dari Bunker sehingga proses pembaran yang akan terjadi di Furnace akan sempurna. Pada Pulverizer membutuhkan pengecekan keausan tire dan juga pengecekan jarak anatara Grinding Roller dan juga Grinding Ring proses pengecekan itu bisa disebut juga Maintenance 3000 jam. Yang dimana proses pengecekan semua komponen Pulverizer. dan mendapatkan hasil dari perbandingan selama 3000 jam. Dengan data awal dan sesudah perbaikan dari pulverizer. Nilai finennes setelah maintenance mendapatkan nilai rata – rata 77,09% dan performa yaitu mendapatkan nilai 92% dan mengukur jarak antara spring dengan journal head insert ke standard yaitu 1,5 mm.

In a Steam Power Plant, usually called a PLTU, the combustion process is usually carried out in a boiler. Some of the main equipment components in coal-fired PLTUs are the Pulverizer and Coal Feeder. The main function of the Pulverizer is to grind/fine coal until it becomes coal powder. The standard size of coal powder is around 200 mesh. The main purpose of this coal grinding is to expand the surface of the coal to a large size so that the combustion process between air and coal is perfect. The Pulverizer has three Grinding Rollers and 1 Grinding Ring. Where the coal will be smoothed between the surface of the Grinding Roller and three fixed rollers. In the Pulverizer there will also be a process of drying and separating foreign objects carried from the Bunker so that the dispersal process that will occur in the Furnace will be perfect. The Pulverizer requires checking tire wear and also checking the distance between the Grinding Roller and the Grinding Ring. This checking process can also be called 3000 hour maintenance. Which is the process of checking all Pulverizer components. and get the results from the comparison for 3000 hours. With initial data and after improvements from the pulverizer. The fineness value after maintenance received an average value of 77,09% and perfomance received a value of 92% measure the distance between the spring and the journal head insert to the standard, namely 1.5 mm, measure the distance between the spring and the journal head insert to the standard, namely 1.5 mm.
