Abstract
Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan pada saat ini mulai berkembang pesat, termasuk pembangunan jalan raya,underpass maupun overpass ( jalan tol ). Program pemerintah ini tidak lain bertujuan untuk mengurai kemacetan atau mempersingkat waktu tempuh yang dilalui pengguna jalan, salah satu contohnya adalah proyek jalan tol Cengkareng-Batu Ceper-Kunciran (CBK) yang bertujuan untuk membantu mengurai kemacetan dan mempersingkat waktu tempuh di daerah Jakarta Barat-Tangerang. Untuk pembangunan jalan tol daya dukung tiang serta penurunan tiang termasuk komponen terpenting untuk perencanaan jalan tol. Perhitungan daya dukung akan dilakukan dengan dua metode yakni secara statis dan secara dinamis. Secara statis berdasarkan data SPT dengan menggunakan 2 metode yakni Mayerhoff dan Luciano Decourt, sedangkan secara dinamis berdasarkan data kalendering dengan metode Janbu dan Engineriing News Record ( ENR ). Hasil perhitungan kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil pengujian PDA Test. Daya dukung ultimit yang diperoleh dari Mayerhoff Qu=522.17 ton, Luciano Decourt Qu=548.296 ton, Janbu Qu=854.069 ton, dan ENR=923.249 ton dan PDA test=527 ton, dengan besar penurunan Mayerhoff Sg=9.417 mm, Luciano Decourt Sg=9.889 mm, Janbu Sg=9.242 mm, ENR Sg=8.326 mm dan PDA test Sg= 11 mm. Metode Mayerhoff baik digunakan untuk perhitungan daya dukung berdasarkan SPT dengan selisih daya dukung ultimit dari hasil PDA test sebesar 0.921%.
Construction of road infrastructure is currently starting to develop rapidly, including the construction of highways, underpasses and overpasses (toll roads). This government program to unravel traffic jam or shorten the travel time traveled by road users, one of which is the Cengkareng-Batu Ceper-Kunciran (CBK) toll road project which to help break traffic jam and shorten travel time in the West Jakarta-Tangerang area. For toll road construction, the bearing capacity of the pile and the reduction of pile are the most important components for toll road planning. Bearing capacity calculation will be carried out by two methods, statically and dynamically. Static data based on SPT uses 2 methods, Mayerhoff and Luciano Decourt, while dynamically based on calendering data by the Janbu method and the Engineriing News Record (ENR). The calculation results are then compared with the results of PDA Test. The ultimate bearing capacity obtained from Mayerhoff Qu = 522.17 tons, Luciano Decourt Qu = 548,296 tons, Janbu Qu = 854,069 tons, and ENR = 923,249 tons and PDA test = 527 tons, with the reduction of pile in Mayerhoff Sg = 9,417 mm, Luciano Decourt Sg= 9,889 mm, Janbu Sg= 9,242 mm, ENR Sg= 8,326 mm and PDA test Sg= 11 mm. The Mayerhoff method is good for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity based on the SPT with a difference in the ultimate bearing capacity of the PDA test of 0.921%.
