Pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan contoh kegiatan proyek konstruksi dimana kegiatan tersebut berlangsung dalam jangka waktu terbatas begitu juga dengan dana yang digunakan dari alokasi sumber daya tertentu. Sering terjadi suatu proyek harus menyelesaikan pekerjaan lebih cepat daripada waktu normalnya tanpa mengabaikan aspek biaya itu sendiri. Analisa dari proses penempatan waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan waktu maupun biaya optimum proyek dengan melakukan pengurangan durasi proyek yang dilakukan pada aktivitas yang berada di jalur kritis lebih dikenal dengan istilah Time Cost Trade Off Analysis (Pertukaran waktu dan biaya). Dimana proses pemanfaatan lebih terpusat atau keefektifannya tertuju pada aktifitas-aktifitas kritis dengan nilai cost slope pada pekerjaan gedung tersebut. Tujuan dari pengamatan ini untuk melakukan pengamatan perubahan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan sesudah penambahan jam kerja, serta melakukan pengamatan durasi optimal dalam kegiatan proyek konstruksi pada pekerjaan shearwal dan kolom. Dari pengamatan ini dihitung berdasarkan metode time cost trade off dari kegiatan yang berada di jalur kritis yaitu pada pekerjaan kolom lantai 24 dibagian bekisting dan pengecoran, sedangkan shearwall lantai 24 dibagian pembesian, bekisting dan pengecoran.

It often happens that a project must complete work than a normal time without ignoring a cost aspect. Process Analysis of placing project implementation time with an aim of obtaining the optimum time and cost of the project by reducing the duration of the project carried out on activities in the critical part better known as Time Cost Analysis Trade (Time and cost exchange). Where the utilization process is more centralized or an effectiveness is focused on critical activities with the value of the cost slope on the building work. The purpose of this observation is to observe changes in time and implementation costs after adding working hours, as well as to observe the optimal duration of construction project activities on shearwal and column work. These observations are calculated based on the time cost method of activities that in the critical path, namely the work on the 24th floor column in the formwork and casting section, while the 24th floor shearwall in the ferrozation, formwork and casting section.
