Di Lingkungan padat penduduk seperti Duri Kosambi Cingkareng Jakarta Barat ini penyedian air bersih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat daerah DKI Jakarta menggunakan air PAM .Lokasi penelitian dilakukan diwilayah RW 07 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi dengan luas wilayah 24,51 km yang terdiri dari 15 RT memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Duri Kosambi. Perhitungan proyeksi penduduk 5 tahun yang akan datang di RT 001 - 015 diwilayah RW 007 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi di tahun 2029 adalah 5.035 jiwa. Dari total proyeksi 5 tahun yang akan datang maka RW 007 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi termasuk ke dalam kategori “Kota Kecil” dengan jumlah penduduk 3.000-20.000 jiwa. Besar kebutuhan air di wilayah RW 07 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi di tahun 2024 sebesar 5,977 liter/detik, tahun 2025 sebesar 6,292 liter/detik, tahun 2026 sebesar 6.612 liter/detik, tahun 2027 sebesar 6,863 liter /detik, tahun 2028 sebesar 7,087 liter/detik, tahun 2029 sebesar 7,551 liter/detik. Besar kebutuhan air di wilayah RW 07 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi untuk proyeksi 5 tahun yang akan datang sebesar 7,551 liter/detik. Total kebutuhan rata- rata kebutuhan air dalam 5 tahun adalah 6,730 liter/detik.
