Abstract

Di PLTG MPP Tarahan PT. PLN BATAM engine TM-2500+ G4 SAC kebutuhan data monitoring dan historikal dilakukan pendataan parameter engine dengan cara manual. Sistem ini sudah tidak lagi memadai karena keterbatasan manusia dalam melihat dan mengketik data secara real-time. Sehingga diperlukan data logger untuk memantau, merekam dan menyimpan data dari berbagai sensor dan aktuator secara otomatis selama periode waktu tertentu. Data parameter sensor dan aktuator dapat diakses, dipantau, dan dianalisis secara efektif, maka diperlukan perangkat lunak cimplycity. Cimplycity adalah software yang digunakan sebagai human machine interface secara real-time. Integrasi data logger dengan cimplycity memberikan solusi lengkap untuk pemantauan dan analisis data. Pengiriman data logger hingga tersimpan dalam komputer dilakukan desain jalur kabel komunikasi data pada distributed control system. Kemudian dilakukan test komunikasi dengan IP 192.168.16.1 maka akan muncul pesan data terkirim dengan keterangan bytes = 32 time = 1ms TTL = 64. Selanjutnya pembuatan template data logger pada microsoft excel dan visual basic. Dilakukan simulasi data logger perdetik, permenit dan perjam, kemudian menghitung absolute error yang menjadi dasar untuk analisis lanjut pada perhitungan mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Hasil data logger didapatkan nilai rata – rata MAPE 0.88% artinya kemampuan data logger high accuratedan data logger layak untuk di implementasikan.

At the Tarahan MPP Gas Power Plant (PLTG) PT PLN Batam, the TM-2500+ G4 SAC engine's monitoring and historical data needs are currently collected manually. This system is no longer adequate due to human limitations in viewing and typing data in realtime. Therefore, a data logger is needed to monitor, record, and store data from various sensors and actuators automatically over a specific period. To ensure that the data from sensors and actuators can be accessed, monitored, and analyzed effectively, Cimplycity software is required. Cimplycity is a software used as a human-machine interface in realtime. The integration of the data logger with Cimplycity provides a complete solution for data monitoring and analysis. To transmit data from the data logger to the computer, a communication data cable path design is implemented in the distributed control system. Communication testing is then conducted using the IP 192.168.16.1, which results in a message indicating that the data has been sent, with details showing bytes = 32, time = 1ms, TTL = 64. Subsequently, a data logger template is created in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic. Simulations for the data logger are performed per second, per minute, and per hour, followed by calculating the absolute error, which serves as the basis for further analysis in calculating the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The data logger results show a average MAPE value of 0.88%, indicating that the data logger is highly accurate and suitable for implementation.
