Pada masa pandemi ini kebutuhan masyarakat untuk kebutuhan medis sangat dibutuhkan. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan jenis penyakit dari Covid-19 dan variannya yaitu Alpha, Beta, dan Delta serta jenis penyakit dengan gejala yang sama seperti Tifus, DBD, dan TBC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengurangi mobilitas masyarakat keluar rumah dan memberikan pengobatan tindakan pertama pada masa pandemi di saat ini, dan penelitian ini mampu memberikan diagnosis jenis penyakit kepada masyarakat. Tahapan penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari wawancara dengan narasumber serta mengambil informasi dan data ke Rumah sakit terkait yaitu RSUD Dr. Slamet Garut, RS Intan Husada, RSU Nurhayati, RS Medina, RS TNI AD Tk IV Guntur, RS Annisa Queen dan RSUD Pameumpeuk. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) mampu menghitung besar kemungkinan jenis penyakit dari varian covid-19 serta jenis penyakit dengan gejala yang sama. Pada proses perhitungan AHP menampilkan hasil yang konsisten yaitu 0,07 dimana hasil ini konsisten karena < 0,1. Dan mampu menghasilkan diagnosa dari konsultasi antara pasien dengan asisten kesehatan (Chatbot).

On this pandemic situations, there are a lot of community daily needs especially in medical needs. In this study, the writer made a system to support the decisions for defining the types of disease from Covid-19 and their variants itself such as, Alpha, Beta and Delta and other disease with the same symptoms like Typhus, dengue disease, and Tubercolusis. This study is using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The purpose of this research itself is to reducing the society mobility to go out and to give a first treatments on this pandemic situations, and this research also is to give the diagnosis of the disease to the society itself. This research stage is the result from the interview with the interviewees and collecting the information and the data from the related hospital such as, RSUD Dr. Slamet Garut, RS Intan Husada, RSU Nurhayati, RS Medina, RS TNI AD Tk IV Guntur, RS Annisa Queen dan RS Pameungpeuk. The result of this method of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) that can count the possibility of the disease and their variants of Covid-19 and also other disease with the same symptoms. On this counting process of the AHP, it will show the consistency which is 0,07 which this consistency result because <0,1. And able to produce the diagnosis from the patients consultacy with the health assistant (Chatbot).
