Abstract
This research aims to find out the problems that arise in the work system and determine its efficiency. This research was conducted at PT Hydraxle Perkasa in June - October 2023. The data collection technique is to conduct a literature study of the database on the 6m3 Hydromak manual book and take measurements directly on the unit. The technique of calculating hydraulic and electrical system data is carried out actual calculations with rock diagrams in the manual book. From the results of checking the wearing electrical diagram with actual conditions and checking the wearing hydraulic diagram and measuring pressure with a pressure gauge, it can be seen that the cause of the function of the semi-automatic system and the automatic system does not work is the current from the cabin control box which is the source of current before going to the control main board does not flow on the cable in accordance with the wearing electric diagram and must be re-matched according to their respective functions; While from the hydraulic system it was found that there was back pressure which caused the automatic function not to work and the safety valve which also did not work because it did not match the proper hydraulic oil lane.
