Abstract

Kebutuhan hasil pertanian seperti sayuran, umbi – umbian, semakin meningkat. Seiring perkembangan jaman, bidang industri seperti pabrik – pabrik semakin berkembang sehinga menggeser lahan pertanian, terutama hal ini terjadi di kota besar. Maka dari itu hidroponik adalah alternatif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman. Salah satu sayuran yang sering diminati masyarakat adalah sayur sawi yang kaya akan vitamin. Untuk menanam sawi menggunakan sistem hidroponik petani harus paham dengan ukuran tinggi sawi agar mengetahui kualitas tanaman. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya, petani atau orang awam masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan kualitas tanaman sawi. Karena belum adanya layanan informasi tentang deteksi kualitas tanaman sawi. Jika hanya mengandalkan pengamatan visual terhadap tanaman, deteksi
kualitas tanaman sawi akan kurang akurat. Maka dari itu, perlunya merancang sistem penentuan kualitas tanaman sawi hidroponik dengan menggunkan alat sensor ultrasonik dengan metode fuzzy tsukamto. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonik, petani dengan mudah mendapatkan hasil ukuran tinggi tanaman sawi. Serta dengan diterapkannya metode fuzzy tsukamoto, diharapkan sistem dapat memberikan informasi berupa klaster dari masing – masing kategori tinggi tanaman sawi sehingga dapat memudahkan petani untuk mengetahui kualitas tanaman sawi dengan mudah dan tepat.

The need for agricultural products, such as vegetables, tubers, is increasing. As time goes by, industrial fields such as factories are increasingly developing so as to shift agricultural land, especially this is the case in big cities.
Therefore hydroponics is an alternative to increase plant productivity. One of the vegetables that is often in demand by the public is mustard greens which are rich in vitamins. To grow mustard greens using a hydroponic system, farmers must understand the height of the mustard in order to know the quality of the plant.
However, in reality, farmers or ordinary people still experience difficulties in determining the quality of the mustard plant. Because there is no information service on the quality detection of mustard plants. If you only rely on visual observations of the plants, the quality detection of mustard plants will be less accurate. Therefore, it is necessary to design a system for determining the quality of hydroponic mustard plants by using an ultrasonic sensor with the Tsukamto fuzzy method. It is hoped that by using an ultrasonic sensor, farmers can easily get the height of the mustard plant. And with the application of the fuzzy Tsukamoto method, it is hoped that the system can provide information in the form of clusters of each height category of mustard plants so that it can make it easier for farmers
to find out the quality of mustard plants easily and precisely.
