Pada proyek pembangunan Apartemen Arandra terdapat indikasi adanya kemungkinan bahaya kecelakaan yang terjadi pada pekerjaan erection baja.Untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadi kecelakaan,maka diperlukan analisis prosedur pelaksanaan identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian resiko serta prosedur tindak lanjut dari bahaya tersebut.Proyek pembangunan Apartemen Arandra Residence telah membuat tabel HIRADC,namun belum dapat dipastikan apakah Determining Control telah dilaksanakan secara konsisten pada proyek ini.. Dalam skripsi ini untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berbasis pengendalian risiko dalam proyek apartemen Arandra Residence,Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification,Risk Assessment and Determining Control) pada pekerjaan erection baja,. Dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh dalam skripsi ini 82% responden menjawab bahwa penerapan SMK3 di proyek Arandra Residence telah dilaksanakan dengan baik,dan prosedur identifikasi bahaya paling banyak disebabkan oleh kelalaian pekerja dengan persentase jawaban responden sebesar 89% dan pemahaman terhadap tindak lanjut pada pekerjaan erection baja diketahui oleh 90% responden yang terlibat.

In the Arandra Apartment development project there are indications of possible dangers of accidents that occur in steel erection work.
