Abstract
Listrik Kerakyatan is a renewal made to manage electricity these day by combining and utilizing various simple and inexpensive technologies that are suitable for implementation by ordinary Society. The Peuyeumization process is one of the
processes that is passed to manufacture pellets in Listrik Kerakyatan. This process is carried out to accelerate the process of decomposing and drying the waste. The
Peuyeumization in Listrik Kerakyatan IT-PLN is carried out by mixing the bioactivator with water that is produced by Listrik Kerakyatan in a ratio of 1: 50. This comparison is obtained after conducting several tests. There for the bioactivator spraying tools was designed to detect the height of the waste using an ultrasonic sensor to simplify the waste peuyeumisasi process which is only done by at least
one person. In the process of peuyeumisasi waste Of Listrik Kerakyatan IT-PLN, The manufacture of automatic spraying tools is designed with the fuzzy tahani method whose function is to determine the height of the waste in the trash by using an ultrasonic sensor so that it can be sprayed directly on the garbage as much as 1 ton. The results of the design of the prototype automatic spraying tools make it easier for
an operator to carry out the waste peuyeumization process there for it can produced the solid pellets that can be useful to the electricity source when it processed. This
the prototype of the automatic spray tools can improve the pellet production process and facilitate the operation of the peuyeumization process.
