Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel upah, keahlian, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja pada pekerjaaan pile cap proyek Double – Double Track paket A, Manggarai – Jatinegara, pekerjaan sipil. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data yang didapat melalui angket/kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang pekerja pada pekerjaan pile cap. Dari hasil kuesioner data diolah dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah, keahlian dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja pada pekerjaan pile cap dengan nilai persentase diatas 70%. Sedangkan variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerja yaitu variabel keahlian dengan nilai persentase 80%. Dan variabel dominan yang berpengaruh dengan terhadap motivasi kerja adalah variabel upah dengan nilai persentase 50% sangat setuju dan 50% setuju.

The aim of research was to analysize the effect of wage, skill and experience to the performance of workers on the pile cap Double project Double Project Packet A, Manggarai-Jatinegara, civil works. The research was used data that was gotten by quisionnaire.Sample amounted to 20 workers on pile cap. Furthermore, the data of quisionaire was processed by Likert scale. The result of the reseach indicated that the variable of wage, skill, and experience have the effect to performance worker on pile cap workers with the persentage more than 70%. However, the significant effect of variabel on performance worker were skill with 80 %. Additonnally, the dominant variabel effected by motivation of working was wage with the result persentage, namely 50% strongly agree and 50% agree.
