Abstract

Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisadane memiliki luas DAS 1.366 Km2 dan panjang 125 Km, melintasi sisi barat Kabupaten bogor dan bermuara di Tanjung Burung Kabupaten Tangerang. Dengan kondisi DAS Cisadane yang tidak mampu menampung debit banjir dan truktur tanah mudah tererosi menyebabkan banyak tanggul yang kritis dan penyempitan pada badan sungai serta berkibat terjadinya banjir pada musim penghujan. Upaya penanggulangan banjir direncanakan dengan menggunakan dinding penahan tanah. Analisa profil aliran dilakukan menggunakan Manning, sedangkan untuk analisa stabiltas dinding penahan tanah menggunakan Metode Coulomb dan Mencari debit puncak dengan Metode Nakayasu. Perencanaan pengendalian banjir Sungai Cisadane menggunakan debit banjir rancangan Q10th yaitu sebesar 3207,88 m3/ det dan perbandingan tinggi muka air 28,655%. Hasil perencanaan bangunan dinding penahan didapat lebar pondasi 4,6 m dan tinggi dinding penahan tanah 5 m dengan kestabilitas geser terhadap geser 1,69 keruntuhan daya dukung tanah 1,94.

Cisadane watershed has an area of 1.366 Km2 and 125 Km in length across west side Bogor regency and empties into Tanjung Burung, Tangerang regency. With the condition of Cisadane watershed unable to accommodate flood discharge and soil structure easily eroded causing many critical dikes and narrowing on river body and resulted in flooding in rainy season. Flood prevention efforts are planned by using retaining walls. Flow profile analysis is performed using Manning, While for stability analysis of retaining wall using Coulomb Method and Finding peak discharge with Nakayasu Method.The flood controlof Cisadane River was designed by using Q10th which is sebesar 3207,88 m3/second and comparison of 28,655% water level. The results of the retaining wall building planning obtained that the widht of foundation is 4,6 m and the height of retaining wall is 5 m with shear stability against shear is 1,69 collapse of soil bearing capacity 1,94.
