There are 2 kind of concrete box girder in fly over, precast segment and cast in site segment. Box girder precast installation can use launching gantry and lifting frame. Fly over trunojoyo package from pier 7 to pier 27 using launching gantry. While, fly over Taman Puring Package from pier 1 to pier 33 using lifting frame method. The result of the research are, Gantry Launcher need 21 days from segmen P7 to P8 with Rp. 1.495.158.500,00 for the cost. While, Lifting frame only need 18 days from segmen P7 to P8 include stressing girder, grouting girder and erection girder with Rp. Rp.1.471.525.000,00 for the cost. There is no big different between those heavy equipment, but launching gantry is more effective.
