Abstract
Pondasi merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang sangat penting dalam pekerjaan konstruksi karena pondasi inilah yang menahan suatu beban yang bekerja di atasnya yaitu konstruksi atas. Pada pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan stack PLTU Ketapang 2 x 10 MW ini pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi spun pile Perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung tiang spun pile menggunakan data Standard Penetration Test (SPT) dengan metode Meyerhof dan kalendering dengan metode Danish Formula dan ENR Formula. Membandingkan dengan hasil data Static Load Test di lapangan dan mengitung penurunan yang terjadi pada tiang spun pile tunggal. Kapasitas daya dukung ultimate tiang spun pile berdasarkan dari data SPT dengan metode Meyerhof = 503,4048 ton, berdasarkan dari data kalendering dengan metode Danish Formula = 234,5693 ton, dan metode ENR Formula = 226,7913 ton. Kapasitas daya dukung ultimate dari hasil Static Load Test = 105 ton. Penurunan total tiang tunggal = 30,8397 mm dan penurunan ijin = 60 mm.
The foundation is a very important in the construction work, because this is foundation that holds a load that working on it is the construction above. On the implementation project of stack PLTU Ketapang 2 x 10 MW that used spun pile foundation. The calculation the bearing capacity of spun pile from Standard Penetration Test (SPT) with Meyerhof method and calendaring with Danish Formula and ENR Formula. Compare with the results of Static Load Test in the field and calculate the settlement of single pile. The spun pile bearing ultimate capacity according SPT with Meyerhof method = 503,4048 ton, according from the calendering with Danish Formula method = 234,5693 ton and ENR Formula methods = 226,7913 ton. Bearing ultimate capacity from Static Load Test – 105 ton. According the results of settlement in the pile , to total settlement of single pile = 30,8397 mm and settlement allowable = 60 mm.
