Abstract

Sistem manajemen mutu bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap tahap pelaksanaan memenuhi standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam proyek Hotel Gelora Marriott, ditemukan berbagai permasalahan terkait mutu struktur beton pada kolom dan balok, yang dapat berdampak pada keamanan dan daya tahan bangunan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem manajemen mutu terhadap kerusakan struktur kolom dan balok. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode evaluasi kualitas beton berdasarkan standar ACI 224R-01. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kerusakan yang umum ditemukan meliputi retak struktural, keropos, segregasi, dan spalling. Penyebab utama dari kerusakan ini adalah kualitas material yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi, kurangnya pengawasan dalam proses pengecoran, serta metode curing yang tidak optimal. Tindakan korektif yang diterapkan mencakup metode perbaikan seperti epoxy injection untuk retak struktural, grouting untuk mengisi rongga akibat keropos, serta patching untuk perbaikan permukaan beton. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu yang lebih ketat dalam proses konstruksi sangat diperlukan untuk meminimalisir kerusakan pada struktur beton. Implementasi metode yang tepat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas struktur bangunan dan memperpanjang umur layan bangunan.

The quality management system aims to ensure that each stage of implementation meets the established quality standards. In the Gelora Marriott Hotel project, various problems were found related to the quality of concrete structures in columns and beams, which can have an impact on the safety and durability of the building. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the application of a quality management system to damage to column and beam structures. The research method is qualitative. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed using a concrete quality evaluation method based on the ACI 224R-01 standard. The results of the study showed that the types of damage commonly found included structural cracks, porosity, segregation, and spalling. The main causes of this damage were material quality that did not meet specifications, lack of supervision in the casting process, and suboptimal curing methods. Corrective actions applied included repair methods such as epoxy injection for structural cracks, grouting to fill cavities due to porosity, and patching to repair concrete surfaces. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of a stricter quality management system in the construction process is very necessary to minimize damage to concrete structures. Implementation of the right method is expected to improve the quality of building structures and extend the service life of buildings.
