Pembangunan proyek dengan kompleksitas yang tinggi memakan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga memunculkan berbagai risiko ketidakpastian. Masalah yang sering dihadapi adalah keterlambatan dengan berbagai faktor penyebab. Untuk mencegah keterlambatan dapat menggunakan metode fast-track. Evaluasi percepatan proyek menggunakan metode fast-track dilakukan dengan merevisi jadwal proyek menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak yaitu microsoft project 2021. Analisis hubungan antar tugas dan identifikasi jalur kritis menjadi dasar dalam menentukan aktivitas yang dapat dipercepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencegah risiko keterlambatan terjadi pada proyek Jakarta Gelora Marriott Hotel dan mengetahui penghematan waktu yang dapat dicapai dengan metode fast-track. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebelum percepatan, sisa pekerjaan struktur memerlukan 361 hari dengan target selesai 21 Oktober 2025. Setelah penerapan metode fast-track, durasi berkurang menjadi 271 hari atau 25% lebih cepat, sehingga proyek dapat selesai lebih awal pada 22 Juli 2025.

The construction of projects with high complexity takes a long time, giving rise to various risks of uncertainty. The problem that is often faced is delays with various causal factors. To prevent delays, the fast-track method can be used. Evaluation of project acceleration using the fast-track method is carried out by revising the project schedule using software assistance, namely Microsoft Project 2021. Analysis of the relationship between tasks and identification of the critical path are the basis for determining activities that can be accelerated. The purpose of this study is to prevent the risk of delays occurring in the Jakarta Gelora Marriott Hotel project and to determine the time savings that can be achieved by the fast-track method. The analysis results show that before acceleration, the remaining structural work requires 361 days with a target completion date of October 21, 2025. After the application of the fast-track method, the duration is reduced to 271 days or 25% faster, so the project can be completed earlier on July 22, 2025.
