Abstract

Problems unfavorable stability of the ship could be due to several factors, the first payload placement locations that are less fit at the moment load the cargo into the ship while the ship leaned at the port. Both because of the addition of payload that exceeds the specified maximum of the ship.
SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) is the process of creating and modifying the system as well as the models and methodologies used to develop these systems. The concept generally refers to computer or information systems. SDLC is also a pattern that is taken for developing a software system, comprising the steps of: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing.
The results obtained from this study is a prototype warning system to detect the stability of passenger ships which can be monitored by the master are on the move through the ship tilt android app.
