Bengkel Andi Jaya merupakan bengkel resmi Yamaha. Bengkel Andi Jaya ini dalam melakukan proses kerja bengkel masih menggunakan proses manual, baik dengan proses melihat stok barang, maupun proses lainnya, belum menggunakan proses komputerisasi. Oleh karena itu dibuat lah aplikasi untuk mempermudah kinerja pada bengkel agar lebih efektif dan efisien.
Aplikasi layanan Bengkel ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu montir dan kasir dalam melakukan pekerjaannya tanpa harus mondar-mandir untuk mengambil sparepart yang diperlukan oleh montir, proses pencetakan resi pembayaran yang sudah otomatis dan mempermudah proses pendataan customer. Aplikasi ini berjalan pada platform android dan berintegrasi dengan aplikasi yang berada di server. Aplikasi ini, dibuat dengan menggunakan eclipse serta bahasa pemograman Java dengan operating system (OS) Android. Aplikasi web yang terdapat pada kasir akan berhubungan dengan aplikasi android yang digunakan oleh montir.
Aplikasi web akan secara otomatis mengirimkan request keluhan customer yang diinput oleh kasir ke aplikasi android montir dan montir akan memproses melihat keluhan, menambah onderdil dan sebagainya. Selain itu kasir juga dapat menambahkan List onderdil dan melihat history order yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah montir dan kasir.
