Current credit card is needed in modern society to support all activities in a day-to-day and can also be based on lifestyle with a credit card, a lot of ease in conducting transactions anywhere and everywhere so that the number of customers who apply for credit cards. But the problem is to analyze the data of prospective customers whether or not to accept credit cards still use manual way so it takes long enough to determine that the customer deserves
the credit card.
In selecting the data of prospective customers using multifactor evaluation process (MFEP) whereby the research process using Weightingsystem. In MFEP all the criteria given weight because it is an important factor in making considerations. Results from this study indicate that by the application of a credit card selection can reduce the waiting list of customers. A decision which has been obtained from the selection directly conveyed to prospective customers through Short Message Service (SMS)
