Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperlukannya keandalan sistem guna kelancaran produksi, PLTP Wayang Windu Star Energy merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembangkitan listrik yang menghasilkan listrik untuk memnuhi kebutuhan sistem PLN. Namun didalamnya diperlukan sistem proteksi yang berguna melindungi komponen peralatanya, relai differensial merupakan salah satu relai proteksi generator trasnformator dengan menggunakan prinsip keseimbangan arus, dengan current transformator sebagai komponen pengukuran dan proteksi, yang dihubungkan dengan relai differensial. Setting Relay Differential sendiri mempunyai beberapa syarat yang harus dipenuhi sebagai pengaman, diantaranya CT yang digunakan harus mempunyai ratio perbandingan yang sama sehingga arus primer sama dengan arus sekunder serta sambungan dan polaritas CT1 dan CT2 sama. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan setting relay differential dengan perhitungan pemilihan ratio CT, setting relay differential itu sendiri dan error mismatch. Setelah melakukan perhitungan didapatkan hasil pemilihan rasio CT ideal adalah 1/7000 A untuk sisi primer trafo dan 1/600 A pemilihan rasio ini berdasarkan arus nominal trafo pada masing-masing sisi, error mismach sebesar 0,8% pada sisi 13,8kV trafo dan 0,687% pada sisi trafo 150kV hasil ini masih bisa dikatakan baik mengingat batas dari error mismatch adalah 5%. Setelah menghitung rasio CT ideal maka dihitung arus differensialnya dan arus settingnya didapatkan nilainya masing-masing 0,528 A dan 0527 A.

To fulfill the electricity needs of system reliability in order to smooth production, PLTP Wayang Windu Star Energy is one of the power generation companies that generate electricity to meet the needs of PLN system. But in it is necessary protection system which is useful to protect its component of equipment, different relay is one of transformer transformer generator relay by using current balance principle, with current transformer as component of measurement and protection, which is connected with different relay. Differential Relay Setting itself has several requirements that must be met as a safety, such as the CT used must have the same ratio of comparison so that the primary current is equal to the secondary current and the connection and polarity of CT1 and CT2 are equal. For that need to do relay differential setting with calculation of CT ratio selection, setting the relay differential itself and error mismatch. After performing the calculation, the result of choosing ideal CT ratio is 1/7000 A for the primary side of the transformer and 1/600 A, this ratio selection is based on the nominal current of the transformer on each side, the mismach error is 0.8% on the 13.8kV side of the transformer and 0.687% on the transformer side of 150kV this result can still be said good considering the limit of error mismatch is 5%. After calculating the ideal CT ratio, the differential current is calculated and the current settings obtained values of 0.528 A and 0527 A.
