Abstract

Gangguan pada SUTT dapat disebabkan oleh adanya hubung singkat 1 fasa ke tanah, 3 fasa dan surja petir. Gangguan yang terjadi pada penghantar GIS Miniatur diatasi dengan cara melakukan jumper baypass dari penghantar SUTT GI Jatirangon ke trafo 1 GIS miniatur sehingga proses penyaluran listrik dapat tetap berjalan dengan lancar. Berubahnya konfigurasi jaringan transmisi mengakibatkan perubahan nilai setting pada sistem proteksi agar sistem proteksi tersebut dapat bekerja sesuai dengan perubahan konfigurasi yang terjadi. Proteksi utama yang digunakan pada SUTT Jatirangon – trafo 1 Miniatur adalah relai jarak. Relai jarak merupakan salah satu jenis dari relai proteksi yang bekerja berdasarkan impedansi penghantar yang terbagi menjadi 3 zona proteksi. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, pada kondisi normal, nilai setting relai jarak didapat sebagai berikut : Z1 = 0,493 Ω dengan T1 = 0 detik, Z2 = 0,75 Ω dengan T2 = 0,4 detik, Z3 = 0,814 Ω dengan T3 = 1,6 detik. Sedangkan untuk kondisi setelah dilakukan jumper baypass didapat hasil setting sebagai berikut : Z1 = 8,415 Ω dengan T1 = 0 detik, Z2 = disable, Z3 = disable.

Faults on high-voltage overhead transmission line can be caused by shortcircuit current 1 phase ground , 3 phase and lightning surge. This fault occurs on GIS Miniatur conductor can be done with jumper baypass from GI Jatirangon transmission line to GIS miniatur transformator 1 for the electrical power transmission to function as intended .Configuration of transmission line GI Jatirangon – GIS Miniatur has changed, so needed change in setting of the protection system, so protection system can be operate in new configuration. Main protection used in GI Jatirangon transmission line to GIS miniatur transformator 1 is distance relay. Distance relay is one of relay protection can operate based on conductor impedance which is divided into 3 zones protection. Based on calculated, in normal condition, setting value are : Z1 = 0,493 Ω with T1 = 0 second, Z2 = 0,75 Ω with T2 = 0,4 second, Z3 = 0,814 Ω with T3 = 1,6 second. And for condition after jumper baypass, setting value are : Z1 = 8,415 Ω with T1 = 0 second, Z2 = disable, Z3 = disable.
