Cakung – Cilincing road is the road who has important part as a social aspect and economic in North Jakarta Region. This road is not only connect to North Jakarta Region aim to another region in DKI Jakarta Province nut also become direct access for vehicle to Tanjung Priok Harbor. The purpose of this research is to find out kind and level of defect in Cakung – Cilincing road with a Pavement Condition Index method and also to find out condition assesment of defect in Cakung – Cilincing road. In this research using Pavement Condition Index method with calculate condition of pavement defect start from 0 to 100. The defect Cakung – Cilincing road consist of 8 kinds defect base on actual research. There are Longituginal, Transverse, and Diagonal Cracks (Linear Cracking), Patching Large, Punch Out, Faulting, Polished Aggregate, Corner Break, Durability Cracking, and Popouts. Calculating ising Pavement Condition Index for Cakung – Cilincing (Tanjung Priok) road obtain Condition result is 92.41 and fullfil a good Category. Calculating ising Pavement Condition Index for Cakung – Cilincing (Cakung) road obtain Condition result is 78 and fullfil a satisfactory Category.
